Matt McDougall is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker, specializing in representing landlords and tenants as they lease and sell industrial properties in the metropolitan Phoenix market. His extensive knowledge of the local market is enhanced by industry-leading analytical and marketing skills, including all aspects of tenant relocation and expansion, lease negotiations and property marketing. Over the past several years, McDougall has become a sought-after presence for both buyers and sellers within this market.
McDougall holds a BA from the University of Richmond, where his life-long passion for the game of golf continued, and eventually brought him to the Phoenix area, where he has resided ever since. McDougall, his wife, and two daughters have made Scottsdale their home and in addition spending time at local courses, they enjoy all the activities associated with living in the Valley of the Sun.
